The event area will close in three phases beginning at 7PM on Friday, April 27th with the closure of Broadway between Temple Street and 1st Street.
The second phase will close Broadway between 1st Street and 3rd Street at 12 noon on Saturday, April 28th.
The third and final phase will close the entire event area on Broadway between Temple Street and 5th Street at 7PM on Saturday, April 28th.
