The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will begin long term closure of the southbound Harbor Freeway (SR-110) off-ramp at Olympic Boulevard, Wednesday, March 30.
The ramp is expected to remain closed until winter 2011. Detours will be posted. The closure is necessary to widen the Olympic Boulevard bridge. This project will add outside merging lanes, improve the SR110/I-10 interchange and several ramps which will enhance access to downtown Los Angeles. Completion is estimated summer 2013. Flatiron West Inc. is the contractor on this $125 million project. SLOW FOR THE CONE ZONE |

As part of the $25 million Harbor Freeway (SR-110) Improvement project, Caltrans will close the 11th Street on-ramp to northbound SR 110 until the end of the year.
